Add Knowledge 🧠
Go to "Knowledge" section
Add files or websites in section "Files"
Optionally, connect your google drive and add files from there (those files are automatically updated on change)
Upload Questionnaires of RFPs 🗂️
Go to "Projects" section
Create "+ New Project"
Add new document, either excel or word
Excel will allow you to manage the mapping of questions/answer pairs, trigger AI to autofill answers and offer approval workflow
Word experience offers free text editor with AI powering the content generation, and AI insights for understanding and analyzing the document
Use Chat 💬
Ask Ydoca anything anytime by clicking on the input placed always on the top in the platform's header
You can use it with or without your knowledge
You can expect similar experience as in ChatGPT
