How to access Ydoca and quickly getting started with the platform

Sign Up ⬆️

  1. Visit https://app.ydoca.com/register and simply create your account or use Google Workspace SSO

  2. After logging in, add activation code: yesydoca

  3. You are in !

Invite Users ✉️

  1. You can invite your colleagues in "Settings -> Users" or...

  2. You can just simply send them login page https://app.ydoca.com/login and use Google Workspace SSO (users will be automatically assigned to same account based on domain name)

Add Knowledge 🧠

  1. Go to "Knowledge" section

  2. Add files or websites in section "Files"

  3. Optionally, connect your google drive and add files from there (those files are automatically updated on change)

Upload Questionnaires of RFPs 🗂️

  1. Go to "Projects" section

  2. Create "+ New Project"

  3. Add new document, either excel or word

  4. Excel will allow you to manage the mapping of questions/answer pairs, trigger AI to autofill answers and offer approval workflow

  5. Word experience offers free text editor with AI powering the content generation, and AI insights for understanding and analyzing the document

Use Chat 💬

  1. Ask Ydoca anything anytime by clicking on the input placed always on the top in the platform's header

  2. You can use it with or without your knowledge

  3. You can expect similar experience as in ChatGPT
