Connect your workspace
Go to "Integrations" section and click on "Connect" next to Slack integration.
Confirm requested permissions in Slack
Add AI assistant to desired channel
Simply @mention Ydoca in the desired channel and confirm the dialogue. You can add Ydoca into public and private channels.
You can also talk to Ydoca privately via direct message, same as you would with any other colleague. You can simply search for Ydoca app in the left panel or use the search with cmd + K.
Configure the Slack experience
Head to Ydoca > Integrations > Slack > Configure.
You can configure the following:
scope the knowledge access for specific channel by using knowledge tags
choose between "Reply to @mentions only" and "Reply to all messages"
pause engagement
Experience in Slack
AI assistant responds in real-time, streaming answers as replies to questions in a thread.
Assistant uses emoji reactions as indicators for "👀 read" and "❌ something wrong"
